Due to the nature of email, please allow up to 24 hours for an email to arrive. If, after 24 hours, you never receive your passing letter, verify that your email address on record (you can check this in My Profile) is correct and that you are checking the right email account for the email. If the email address on record is correct, check to make sure the email didn't go into your Spam/Junk/Trash folder. It always helps to whitelist the abc@theacademy.com email address so emails will not be marked as spam or junk and will be delivered. For help learning how to whitelist an email address, click here.
